Al Vard does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on orders once they are placed and processed, so please review your purchase carefully before completing it. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 48 hours of delivery by contacting Al Vard via email or WhatsApp with clear photo/video evidence.

If your claim is approved, Al Vard will provide return instructions; returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and sent to their specified return address. Al Vard reserves the right to deny returns for tampered, used, or intentionally damaged products, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
